Today we went through some 漢字, checked homework & workbook tasks, and then moved onto some new grammar~ 漢字is very difficult for me, but I will try studying it in a more active way, using spaced repetition! :)

Explained properly the "te" form, differences of "ii desu ka" and "ii desu ne" and very consistent on providing notes after the lesson. He always review the previous lesson before proceeding to the next topic. Arigatou Gozaimasu Sensei! ^^

Trial class was very informative and relaxed. The teacher catered to my needs and really went on my pace. I feel like already learned a lot by that first class trial. i would definitely take more classes from him. Thank you so much.

Yukari is a great teacher. I did trial classes with multiple teachers, and it was clear that she was the one I needed--an experienced, responsible, and competent teacher! We mainly did free talking, and she always kindly answered all my questions, took down notes on all the words and expressions that I was confused about and provided the notes after every class, and suggested additional study materials like books and relevant websites. You can tell she is passionate about teaching and very attentive to students' needs. I really enjoyed all the classes with Yukari sensei, and would recommend her to anyone!

Sensei and I always have so much fun during the lesson. learning step by step, free talk is the best, i get to learn how to ask for how to get to places and where is the train. It always useful to learn daily Japanese. look forward to our next lesson. Thank you

Thank you to Naoko sensei to improve and boost my basic Japanese skills. Before studying with sensei, there were some points that I thought I got 100% but actually it's not. So, sensei helped me to reset my ability into the correct way and useful for natural speaking and understanding. Sensei also explained clearly to my questions which were useful for my speaking skill. Thank you very much.

I particularly requested to learn Japanese causal speech. Causal speech is commonly used in Japanese drama and comics. It is particularly difficult for me as a Japanese language beginner. Sensei discussed about the conversion between causal and formal speech in Japanese. Sensei tailor made the lesson for my needs. I am also deeply impressed by teacher's colorful handout after the lesson. The handout is amazing and really appreciate teacher's effort to prepare the teaching material. I look forward to attending my next lesson.

I just had a trial with teacher Tekky and it went great, i learned a bit about the alphabet and grammar and also some basic greeting phrases in a short time and it was very fun, the teacher also shared some Japanese culture with me like etiquettes,being polite and so on. Teacher Tekky also explained how he do his lessons,teaching style and what materials he uses, he also provided me a solid learning plan based on my goals and current level. Teacher Tekky was nervous about his english but i reassured him that it will be fine and that i understood what he feels but to be honest i think he speaks english very well.

Ayasen sensei's class was great! She explains well and uses relatable examples so I can visualize and comprehend what she is explaining. Pace is good, not too fast but enough so that I can continue to progress. I look forward to our next class!

Yuka Sensei is a great teacher. In 50 minutes, I learn new grammars and vocabularies. She make sure that I understand everything and apply it to daily conversation. Also, she have lots of materials that I can use to learn Japanese.

Rina was very welcoming and down-to-earth in our lesson. She was quick to understand my goals in learning Japanese and, more directly, the routines and exercises which would be necessary to solidify my foundation for learning the language going forward. I recommend reaching out to her for helping you learn.

We have reached the part for learning basic grammar☺️ Megumi San was able to give clear explanation and plenty of examples. She addressed my questions readily and offered informative answers. It helped me understood Japanese and the culture. It has been a really interesting lesson☺️

Another enjoyable lesson with Mitsuko sensei. We did some listening comprehensions and quizzes to recap the topics we covered in previous sessions. Time pass by quickly . Looking forward to the next lesson ! Arigatōgozaimasu.

I always look forward to Chika sensei's class.　　She gives me alot of opportunities to speak and practice my Japanese.　　She also teaches me the words that I can't explain (don't know) in Japanese and corrects me whenever I make mistakes. I still have 2 classes left with her but I already miss her classes!

Tomomi-san is an amazing teacher! She starts with a fun assessment to help determine what level you are on so she can meet you where you are. She is great at organizing an individualized plan for you and is always ready to start each lesson. Thank you! I highly recommend!

In today's lesson, we picked up where we left off with more grammar explanation and practice. As always, Miho-sensei helped me with my pronunciation. As a native English speaker, I especially struggle with katakana words. While working through some examples, our conversation naturally transitioned seamlessly to the topic of other languages. We both have experience with multiple languages, so we were able to discuss the interesting quirks between them as well. It was a very fun and interesting conversation.
