Today I practiced how to present a recipe with Mikko sensei. Great to learn and expand my vocabulary banks that enable my Japanese to be more all-rounded. Mikko sensei also speaks fluent English. The lessons were very smooth even when we come to discussion on items that were so specific/ rarely used. Our communication was always smooth! Enjoyed the lsn and again recommended to all!

I have had almost 40 lessons with Hitomi Sensei. She is very kind and patient. The lesson content is highly customized, including basic content that is continuously reviewed in each lesson so that I can use it in daily conversation, as well as advanced grammar learning. The learning materials she selected for use in class are the most appropriate for me. If I don't understand something, I can always ask her. Her explanations are simple and easy to understand, while also being in-depth, allowing me to quickly understand grammar that I had struggled with for several weeks. She regularly checks my learning progress and difficulties, and gradually adjusts the lesson content accordingly. She also continuously encourages me, which gives me more confidence in learning. In Hitomi Sensei’s lessons, I have not only become more comfortable speaking Japanese, but also passed the JLPT N2 through solid learning rather than simply studying for the exam.

Since it's really fun to chat about life together with Tomoko and trying with Japanese, Tomoko is also very good at time management and pull our conversation back to course plan. I appreciate that.

I've been using AmazingTalker for conversation classes for a few years and have taken lessons with many different teachers. Keiko is one of the very few teachers who never takes your time for granted, even after you've gotten to know each other well. She's always fully focused during class, which is a very rare quality among teachers. I've had teachers who would spend class time checking or responding to their own messages, but Keiko has always been professional and takes her job seriously. She's also one of the most patient people I've ever met. No matter how long it takes me to explain something or figure out what I want to say, she never makes me feel rushed.
